A district conference is the year's gathering of every Rotary club in District 3131. Three days in which the district's work is presented, its clubs are recognised in front of one another, and Rotary International sends its own representative to see it. The club filmed this one session by session, and all of those films are kept here. Rotary's theme that year was "Be the Inspiration".
